Building trust is essential for a thriving marketplace. Our 5-star rating system helps buyers make informed decisions and rewards sellers for excellent service. This guide explains how the feedback system works for both buyers and sellers.

How to Leave a Review

As a buyer, you can leave feedback for a seller once your order has been successfully fulfilled.

  1. Wait for Delivery: You can only leave a review after your items have been marked as Delivered. This ensures you've had a chance to inspect your purchase.

  2. Go to Order Details: Navigate to your Orders page and select the specific order.

  3. Rate Your Experience: In the order details, looking for the "How was your experience?" section next to the seller's items.

  4. Submit: Select a star rating (1-5) and optionally leave a brief comment (up to 140 characters) describing your experience.

NOTE

If you purchased items from multiple sellers in a single order, you can leave a separate review for each seller.

How Ratings Are Calculated

We use a straightforward average to calculate a Seller's reputation. This ensures transparency and fairness.

The Formula: We take the Sum of All Ratings received and divide it by the Total Number of Reviews.

Example Calculation

If a seller has received three reviews:

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 Stars)

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4 Stars)

Total Score: 14 Count: 3 Average Rating: 4.7 Stars

For Sellers: Managing Your Reputation

Your seller rating is one of the first things potential buyers see. Maintaining a high rating is key to driving sales.

  • Accuracy is Key: Ensure your card conditions and descriptions match exactly what you ship.

  • Fast Shipping: Buyers value prompt shipping. Getting items out early can lead to positive feedback.

  • Responsive Support: If an issue arises, communicating clearly and professionally often turns a potential negative experience into a positive review.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my review after submitting it? Currently, reviews are final once submitted to ensure the integrity of the system. Please double-check your rating and comment before clicking submit.

Why can't I leave a review yet? The review option only becomes available once the tracking status is updated to "Delivered". If your package has arrived but the status hasn't updated, please wait a few hours for the system to sync.

Do cancelled orders affect my rating? No, reviews can only be left for completed, delivered orders. Cancelled orders do not generate a review opportunity.
